    AB Skincare ships orders USPS Monday - Friday.  


    USA (except Alaska and Hawaii): All orders have a flat rate fee of $5. Packages are shipped within 3-5 business days of order receipt using USPS. 

    Returns & Exchanges

    We accept all returns and exchanges within 30 days from shipping date. If you are returning a used item, you will be given online credit for the full amount paid for the item - including taxes. If you are returning an unused, unopened item you will be refunded the full amount. Please email for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Clearly write your RAN on the box when you return the package to us. Once we receive your package, we will issue a online store credit for used items and exchanges, or a refund for unused items (minus shipping costs). Packages sent back to us without a RAN will not be refunded.

    Damaged Shipments

    When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. It is normal for the outer carton to show some wear and tear; however, if there is damage to the item(s) in your shipment, notify us immediately via email us at Please provide your order number when you call, and retain the shipping box, packaging materials and damaged items. Contact the carrier to file a complaint regarding the damaged package.
