AB Skincare ships orders USPS Monday - Friday.  


USA (except Alaska and Hawaii): All orders have a flat rate shipping fee of $7.95. Packages are shipped within 1-3 business days of order receipt using USPS. Please leave any shipping specifications in the notes section or email us with special requests or concerns.

International Shipping 

We do not currently offer international shipping but if you are a customer who has ordered a product outside of the US in the past please email us so that we can work with you on your next order as our greatest hope is to provide the best customer service to all. 

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from shipping date of unused products. Unused and unopened items can be refunded for the full amount or given store credit per customers choice. We do not accept returns on any opened or used products. Please email mail@abskincare.com for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Clearly write your RAN on the box when you return the package to us. Once we receive your package, we will issue an online store credit for unused items and exchanges, or a refund for unused items (minus shipping costs) per customer request will be issued. Packages sent back to us without a RAN will not be refunded.

Damaged Shipments

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. It is normal for the outer carton to show some wear and tear; however, if there is damage to the item(s) in your shipment, notify us immediately via email at mail@abskincare.com. Please provide your order number when you call, and retain the shipping box, packaging materials, and damaged items. Contact the carrier to file a complaint regarding the damaged package.
